I’m in North Park, and Thomas rebuilt our roof right before the late summer heat. He showed me photos of the decking, replaced a few soft spots, and added a ridge vent that dropped the hallway temperature by a few degrees. The shingle lines are straight and the flashing around the chimney is tight. After the first misty morning, no leaks at all. San Diego weather can switch fast, and this roof already feels ready for it.

I would highly recommend Lior and his team. We recently needed our roof replaced and he came out the day after we inquired to check things out. You can tell he has a lot of experience and he just felt like an honest guy that wanted to help people out with his craft. Always being responsive, getting all of the city permits coordinated, and recommending a great electrician to help us with uninstalling/reinstalling our solar panels. They explained exactly how things would go, they were all very kind, and I really felt like I could trust them. Their prices are very reasonable and would happily call them again if any roof work needed to be done.

We requested a new roof with a skylight removal, cricket installation, and solar off / solar back on. From the beginning, the company was clear with the service and cost. They completed the work within a week and left no damage or mess. They removed years of poor roofing, installed a new roof with better sublayer protection, and stopped the roof from leaking.
