Request your pre-binding inspection
Every enrollment starts with a free pre-binding roof inspection. Call (424) 777-1619 or send a request and we schedule a visit at a time that works for you — usually within a few days.

We confirm your roof is eligible
During the inspection we document your roof's condition and confirm it qualifies for membership. If it needs a repair first, we'll quote that separately — most roofs pass.

Choose monthly or annual billing
One-time $1,000 enrollment covers administration and priority access. Then pick $290/month (rate-locked for life) or $3,190/year — one month free versus monthly.

Enroll online and sign the Member Service Agreement
Create your member account, review the plan terms, and sign your Member Service Agreement. Your enrollment is complete once the agreement is signed.

Coverage begins — we schedule your first inspection
Your annual inspection goes on the calendar, your 24-hour emergency response line activates, and your replacement credit bank starts building with every payment.

Before you enroll
How long does enrollment take?
Most homeowners finish in under a week: the pre-binding inspection is usually scheduled within a few days, and once you choose a billing option and sign the Member Service Agreement, coverage starts right away.
Can I enroll without an inspection?
No. Every enrollment is subject to a pre-binding roof inspection so both sides know the roof's starting condition. It's free and included with the $1,000 enrollment fee.
Is the Bear Protection Plan insurance?
No. It is a prepaid service contract for roof maintenance and repair performed by California First Roofing Inc. It does not replace your homeowner's or commercial property insurance.
What if my roof needs a repair before I enroll?
We'll quote that repair separately. Many members start with a repair, then enroll once the roof is in eligible condition.
